Packcell UAE has a capacity of 30,000 plastic buckets per day ( increasing with each passing month) with In Mould Labelling (IML) and Heat Transfer printing options with a wide range of design moulds for various sizes. Blow moulded containers ranging from 500 ml to 5 litres in custom designs for several industries like edible oils, lube oils , etc. with a capacity to service any and all quantities required. We also offer PET bottles for edible oils and other liquid items like household cleaners etc.
Packcell UAE also has substantial capacity in square tin containers for 10 litres – 18 litres sizes for packing edible oils, industrial fats, margarine, etc. We have fully automated lines for component manufacturing and can assembly with a daily capacity of over 30,000 cans. Printing is done in house on 5 colour state of the art printing lines to maintain best quality realistic image printing with no variations. Inernall lacquered and powder coated cans are also available. primarily using HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene). These cans are widely used for packaging various liquids, including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food products.
Aerosol can capacity is at 800,000 per day for 45 mm, 52mm and 65 mm diameter necked in cans. All processes of printing, component making etc., are all in-house to ensure quality and short lead times. Brush in Cans is one of our oldest product lines and we proudly cater to world leaders in this industry with best in class products. Capacity for this product line is over 200,000 cans per day. All products are 100 % leak tested on completely automated lines.
